By purchasing from LROS Creative / Instinctive Ink Press, you agree to the following terms. If a product listing has more specific terms, the listing terms also apply.
Products
We sell digital downloads, printables, creative resources, custom digital items, books, and/or physical products. Product details, included files, sizes, formats, delivery method, and usage notes are listed on each product page.
Digital Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically through Squarespace, email, download link, or another stated delivery method. Customers are responsible for entering a correct email address at checkout.
Personal Use License
Unless a listing clearly says otherwise, digital products are for personal use only. You may print them for yourself, your household, your classroom, your childcare setting, or your own non-commercial use.
Not Allowed
You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, copy, claim as your own, edit for resale, include in bundles, use in print-on-demand products, or give away our files in digital or printed form unless written commercial LROS Creative / Instinctive Ink Press - Shop Policy Pack Page 3 permission is granted.
Commercial Use
Commercial use is not included unless the listing specifically says it is included or you receive written permission. To request commercial licensing, contact yayyay.lros@gmail.com
Custom Orders
Custom orders are based on the details provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for checking spelling, names, dates, colors, sizes, and other details before final approval. Once a final file is approved or delivered, additional changes may require a new fee.
Payment
Payment is due at checkout or before custom work begins. Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.
Taxes
Sales tax or other applicable taxes may be calculated and collected by the checkout platform when required.
Printing & Color Variation
Digital files may print differently depending on printer settings, ink, paper, screen calibration, and software. We do not guarantee exact color matching.
No Professional Advice
Creative products, worksheets, planners, and educational-style printables are provided for personal, organizational, entertainment, or general learning use. They are not professional legal, medical, financial, therapeutic, or educational diagnosis advice.
Order Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, inappropriate, outside the scope of the product, or otherwise unsuitable.
Intellectual Property
All shop designs, text, files, illustrations, templates, product images, branding, and creative materials remain the intellectual property of LROS Creative / Instinctive Ink Press or the applicable creator unless otherwise stated.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or order at issue.
Policy Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version posted at the time of purchase applies to that order.
