The Program

The LROS Program is built around a steady daily rythmn, meaningful play, and a home-like environment where children can feel secure enough to explore.

Care is structured without being rigid, playful without being chaotic, and responsive to the needs of the children in care. Each day includes a balance of free play, guided activities, outdoor time, meals, rest, creativity, and connection.

What the day supports

Confidence

A predictable rhythm helps littles know what comes next and feel more secure throughout the day.

Creativity

Art, music, stories, sensory play, dramatic play, and hands-on activities give children room to imagine and express themselves.

Independence

Daily routines give littles opportunities to try, help, choose, clean up, and build age-appropriate confidence.

Social Growth

Children practice sharing space, using words, taking turns, helping, problem-solving, and building friendships.

Our days flow, but they’re never rushed. We follow a steady rhythm while staying flexible and responsive to the needs of the children in our care.

What’s included

Outdoor time

Fresh air, big movement, and nature-based exploration are included when weather allows.

End-of-day-connection

Pickup includes a clear rundown of how your child’s day went, with important updates shared as needed.

Play-based Learning

Learning is woven into play, conversation, movement, books, creativity, and daily routines.

Small Group Care

A more personal setting where children can be supported with attention and intention.

The Enviornment

The space is designed to feel warm, calm, and easy for children to move through. Materials are chosen with purpose, activities are set up with intention, and the rhythm of the day helps children transition without feeling rushed.

It is a home-like environment, but it is not random. Every part of the day is considered — from where littles play, to how they rest, to the way they are supported through big feelings, busy moments, and tiny wins.

If this sounds like the kind of care you are looking for, the next step is checking availability and learning more about enrollment.
