Thank you for shopping with LROS/ Instinctive Ink Press. Because many of our products are digital, printable, personalized, or made-to-order, our return policy is designed to be clear, fair, and not a dramatic little circus.
Digital Products & Printable Downloads
• Digital downloads, printable files, templates, coloring pages, worksheets, and instant-access products are final sale once the file has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, or emailed.
• No physical item will be shipped for digital products unless the listing specifically says otherwise.
• Refunds are not offered for buyer’s remorse, accidental purchases after file access, printer/settings issues, or misunderstanding the product format when the listing clearly states it is digital.
• If you have trouble accessing your file, contact us at [shop email] and we will help resolve the issue.
When a Refund or Replacement May Be Offered
• A duplicate accidental purchase of the same digital item.
• A file delivery issue that we cannot resolve after reasonable troubleshooting.
• A wrong or corrupted file sent by mistake.
• A shop error that prevents you from receiving the product described in the listing.
Custom Creative Orders
• Custom digital orders, personalized files, custom printables, edits, design work, and made-for-you products are non-refundable once work has begun.
• If you request cancellation before work has started, a refund may be considered minus any processing fees or time already spent preparing the order.
• Each custom order includes the revisions stated in the listing or written agreement. Extra revisions, major direction changes, or new requests may require an additional fee.
• Final custom files are delivered digitally unless otherwise stated.
Physical Products / Print-on-Demand Items
• Physical products, including print-on-demand items, are only eligible for replacement or refund if they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect due to shop or production error.
• To request help with a damaged or incorrect physical item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [shop email]. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for size selection, color variation, buyer’s remorse, or ordering the wrong item unless the listing says otherwise.
• Colors may vary slightly between screens, printers, paper types, and production methods.
How to Request Help
Email lros.contact.rei@gmail.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, a brief description of the issue, and any helpful screenshots or photos. We will review requests case by case.
